Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

US Standard Shipping (7-16 Business Days)
We ship all orders to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7-16 business days after dispatch. Free shipping on orders over $50.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at curvyycloud@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resolve the issue.
