At Curvy Cloud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple 30-day return policy.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This gives you plenty of time to try on your pieces and decide if they're right for you.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

Items are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and labels are still attached
- Items are in original packaging
- You have your order number

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Clearance or final sale items (marked at checkout)
- Items discounted 30% or more
- Swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please use the return request form on our website or contact our customer service team. We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label to use.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Submit your return request with your order number
2. Wait for approval (typically 2-3 business days)
3. Receive prepaid return shipping label
4. Ship your item back to us
5. We receive and inspect your return
6. Refund is processed

REFUND PROCESSING

- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

SHIPPING & RETURN COSTS

- Return shipping is free for all US orders (prepaid label provided)
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to reach us
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team and we'll help you arrange an exchange.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the item at no cost, even if it's outside the 30-day return window.
